Mr. Crimmins practices law as Dennis P. Crimmins, P.C. Mr. Crimmins was formerly a partner at Goodwin, Procter & Hoar in Boston, and most recently, he was of counsel to Parker Scheer LLP, also in Boston.  His practice has focused on commercial real estate for more than 30 years, representing developers, lenders, and investors in commercial and real estate construction loans, strategic land use planning before state and local permitting agencies, and land acquisition.  He also has extensive experience in negotiating architectural, construction, and design/build contracts, and in restructuring and resolving problem loans secured by commercial real estate developments.
